You let him get rid of the ones he doesn't like.
You may even make a little money if the chief-exec is on the ball.

THEN you sign a top notch, blue chip (should that be green chip?) striker!!

And the team still looks like it met in the car park just before kick-off and don't know each others names...

Every game is now a must win. (and for the record, I don't think they will)
